You use the Hallmark address as your shipping address at checkout. The retailer ships using their normal local logistics — usually free, usually fast. You'll receive a notification in your dashboard when your parcel arrives at our warehouse.

Within hours of delivery to our warehouse, our team weighs the parcel, photographs it from multiple angles, and uploads the records to your dashboard. You can request photos of the contents, removal of price tags, or merging of multiple invoices.

You see every parcel in your dashboard. Tick the ones you want to ship together. Pick your carrier (DHL Express, FedEx Priority, our economy ocean option). Confirm the declared value — we already pre-filled it from your retailer invoices. Pay duties + freight upfront.

Hallmark uses Air France Cargo, Latam Cargo and AeroMexico for fast LATAM lanes. Most parcels reach customs in the destination country in 2–4 days. Clearance averages under 48 hours because we declare honestly and pay duties up front.

Hand-delivered by our trusted local partners. Tracking until the very last step.

In each country we partner with the best local carrier (Loggi & Total Express in BR, Estafeta in MX, OCA in AR, etc.). Recipient signs and photographs the parcel. Delivery completion notification goes to you and the recipient. Done.
