A house built
between two continents.
Hallmark Logistics Solutions was started in 2021 by two friends — a French logistics engineer and a Brazilian-American e-commerce operator — who kept hearing the same story from their families and customers: "I tried to buy this thing in Europe / the US, and it never arrived. Or it arrived, and the duties were absurd. Or nobody answered for a month."
That happens because the courier industry has, for decades, treated Latin America as the difficult end of the route. Five hundred kilometers of poor visibility, capricious customs, and outsourced last-mile delivery. We were tired of explaining the same workarounds to friends. We made a company out of those workarounds.
We started with a small Paris office on the Champs-Élysées, a single warehouse in Miami, and a notebook of personal contacts at every Latin American carrier. Five years on, we ship over a million parcels a year. The notebook is now a 40-person operations team across four continents. The Champs-Élysées office is still our headquarters.
Hallmark isn't trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the one Latin Americans recommend by name when their cousin asks how to buy a watch from Geneva or a guitar pedal from Brooklyn. We measure success in repeat shipments. Most of our active accounts have been with us for over two years.
What we stand for.
Earn the recipient's trust
Every shipment ends at someone's home. We treat that doorstep like our own.
Make pricing boring
No theatrics, no upsells, no surprises. The quote you accept is the bill you pay.
Photograph everything
Cameras turn opacity into accountability. We document at every checkpoint.
Local where it matters
A French headquarters, an American hub, sixteen local courier partners. We meet each country on its terms.
